Faculty Renewal and Due Dates

Books are due October 1st of each year.
- Courtesy letters are sent one month prior to the due date
- Overdue reminders will be sent if books are not returned or renewed
- Billing letters will be sent if necessary and library privileges may be suspended
Recalled items must be returned by the date on the notice
- Recalled items may not be renewed
